Attorney General-Elect Josh Kaul discusses his plans for when he takes office, and responds to the news of a potential recount. Kaul says he is looking forward to withdrawing from the federal lawsuit challenging the ACA that Wisconsin joined during Brad Schimel’s tenure. Kaul says he also wants to address the opioid crisis and continue to ensure sexual assault kits are not untested.
