News Wrap: Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signs bill limiting all-night, mail-in voting
In our news wrap Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a measure banning all-night and drive-thru voting and limiting mail-in ballots, dismissing the lawsuits being filed.
