Some urban life resumes after Armenia-Azerbaijan truce

The former Soviet republics of Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed to a limited cease-fire on Saturday after warring for two weeks for control over ethnic-Armenian province of Nagorno-Karabakh. The conflict killed hundreds of soldiers and dozens of civilians. Simon Ostrovsky reports from the rebel region. His reporting is supported by the Pulitzer Center.
