A panel discusses a proposed bill that would make all consenting, private sex acts legal

State representative David Clarenbach proposes a bill that would make all consenting, private sexual acts between adults legal. The movement would overturn existing Wisconsin laws that prohibit oral and gay sex. Clarenbach and Reverend Valerie Borchard, a leader at a LGBT-friendly Milwaukee congregation, defend the act. Reverend Richard Pritchard and state representative John Merkt oppose.
