Milk from the Nigerian Dwarf Goat is very high in butter fat and makes the best cheese.

Lynne Grasse makes yogurt and cheese from the milk of her Nigerian Dwarf Goats. The milk has a really sweet flavor. She's experimented with all different kind of cheese making cheese curds and mozzarella cheese and feta cheese. But her favorite is chevre.
